What You’ll Do
- Remain awake, present, and attentive for the entire shift
- Stay in the client’s room to provide immediate support as needed
- Assist with toileting, repositioning, and personal care
- Offer reassurance and a calm presence during nighttime wake-ups
- Monitor for any changes and communicate updates with the team
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Complete simple care documentation
- Caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Someone patient, dependable, and genuinely compassionate
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Able to stay awake and engaged all night
- Comfortable working in close proximity to the client overnight
- Reliable transportation
