As a key member of our retail team, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly service to customers, assisting with kitchen product selection, and supporting smooth daily store operations. You’ll work closely with a passionate team in a welcoming, community-driven environment where enthusiasm for food and cooking truly matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine rapport with customers
- Assist customers with kitchen product knowledge and recommendations
- Operate computer systems and POS accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones professionally and assist with customer inquiries
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting retail space
- Support daily retail operations, including stocking and merchandising
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions
Qualifications & Skills
- Retail experience required
- Passion for cooking and baking is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to work closely with others in a collaborative environment
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability required for evenings and Sundays
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
