Essential Duties:
1. supervise workflow for service units
2. take in units/customers and enter work orders/shop orders into data base systems
3. perform the services to fix units to company and customer’s requirements
4. ensure that services provided are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements
5. ensure that V-Z’s quality of service meets company and customer requirements and satisfaction
6. accountable for defining the services and what V-Z offers
7. fill out work orders to completion including notes on technician’s work orders
9. guide and train technicians on servicing units
10. supervise shop maintenance on shop tools/equipment
11. contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
12. responsible for the smooth flow of work in the shop

1. other tasks as assigned or requested by the manager
