📍 Hybrid / Field-Based (Overseeing Locations in Hawaii & San Francisco)
We have 4 successful retail locations across two states, and we’re ready to level up. We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to transition our organization from "growing business" to a "high-performance machine." In this role, you aren't just maintaining a department; you are building one. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will have a seat at the table to shape the operational playbook for our entire company.
- Management of Managers: Direct oversight of Store Managers and Team Leads. You will serve as their coach, mentor, and accountability partner to ensure peak store performance.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize SOPs across all locations. You’ll ensure that inventory management, opening/closing procedures, and customer service standards are world-class in every store.
- Project Management: Lead major initiatives, from software rollouts (POS/Inventory) to seasonal store launches/resets and facility upgrades.
- The "Boots on the Ground" Leader: Conduct regular site visits to audit brand standards and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- The Architect: You don't just fix problems; you create a system so they never happen again.
- Experienced Leader: You have 3-5 years of retail management experience, ideally managing multiple units or a high-volume flagship store.
- Data-Driven: You live in the spreadsheets. You know how to read a P&L and adjust labor or inventory to protect the bottom line.
- The Road Warrior: You enjoy traveling. You’ll spend ~40% of your time in the field, ensuring our stores in Hawaii and California are aligned.
