Role Description
The full-time Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for supporting real estate transactions, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory requirements. Specific duties include coordinating escrow processes, managing contracts, maintaining communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site position located in The Woodlands, TX.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management processes.
- Knowledge of Escrow procedures and related documentation.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and partners.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Must have a Texas Real Estate license or be willing to obtain one
- Real estate experience with transactions required.
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment is a plus.
