As an Assembly Technician at The Kingstar Company, you will work in a hands-on shop environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are essential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using various hand tools to assemble and install components such as RV water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and various related components
  • Removing protective materials (plastic, tape, coverings) from camper exterior
  • Applying labels, stickers, and identification markings accurately
  • Installing awnings
  • Performing paint touch-ups and minor cosmetic corrections as needed
  • Following detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure products meet Kingstar specifications

This is not an assembly-line factory role. It is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where skilled technicians collaborate to produce top-of-the-line truck campers and RV trailers. Position Details

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week on a 4-day schedule
  • Day shift only (no overnight shifts)
  • Typical hours are 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Paid overtime opportunities may be available during peak production periods
