Join our team and help create life-changing experiences for clients ages 7-40 with developmental disabilities.
Current shifts available:
- Weekday evening Full-Time – Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm
- PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary
What You'll Do:
- Be a mentor and friend – Help residents learn new skills, participate in fun activities, and reach their personal goals.
- Create a home-like vibe – You'll help make our residential spaces feel warm, welcoming, and safe for everyone.
- Support daily routines – From evening activities, dinner, to bedtime, you'll be there to guide and encourage.
- Learn new skills – Get trained in medication administration, behavior management and first aid (great resume builders!
- Build real relationships – Connect with residents, families, and an amazing team of coworkers.
No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
What we need from you:
- Valid driver's license preferred -May include driving company vehicles (with proper training)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Able to pass background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) and drug screen
- Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients
- Willingness to complete required certifications
