What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach position at The King's Daughters' School?
We are seeking a Job Coach to support vocational training and workplace readiness activities, helping students develop the skills needed to achieve individual goals in school and community settings.
Schedule-Mon-Fri 7am-3pm with some flexibility to support program needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead vocational activities that promote skill development and independence.
- Provide daily instruction, coaching, and support to ensure student engagement and success.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and service teams to support individualized goals and student achievement.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a vocational program and/or supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities; experience in both areas is highly preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and comprehensive background checks (no felony convictions or convictions related to abuse, assault, or neglect).
- Reliable and dependable, with a commitment to maintaining the consistent routines and supportive environment our clients depend on.
