Job Description
The King's Care Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The Pharmacy Technician will perform routine and non-routine pharmacy operations and maintain excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
·Processing of new and re-ordered medication, pharmacology, and bulk drug orders.
·Processing of prescriptions for refills.
·Assist in the preparation of patient prescriptions for distribution to patients.
·Prepare, maintain, and stock medications in the pharmacy.
·Maintain inventory records.
·Maintain a safe work environment by complying with store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
·Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding pharmacy operations.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience
·At least 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred but will consider all applications
.Must love people and enjoy helping people
·Strong customer service skills required.
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
.Strong attention to detail required.
.Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment required.
.Ability to work with minimal supervision required.
