Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple outlets. The successful candidate will assist with daily operations, oversee front-line staff, support payroll and timekeeping functions, and play a key role in staff training, development, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate shift operations across multiple food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Lead staff on the floor, providing hands-on support during service times to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll submissions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Help onboard, train, and mentor new and existing team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure operational consistency.
• Serve as a communication liaison between team members and management to ensure clear expectations and timely updates.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and team performance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to team meetings and assist in implementing new initiatives and service improvements.
