Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This critical role will foster a positive workplace culture, recognize the contributions of our work teams, provide strategic advice for continuous improvement, and drive us toward excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, and oversee the entire hiring process while building a diverse talent pipeline.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts and enhancing the workplace environment through open communication and presence.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that foster development and high performance, working with managers to implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and advocate for development programs that enhance employee skills, facilitating ongoing training sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, recommend updates to HR policies, and maintain up-to-date employee handbooks and policy manuals.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making and prepare comprehensive reports on HR activities and initiatives for senior management.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs, implement change initiatives, and support succession planning and talent management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
