Role Description
As an Inside Sales Representative at The Kind Home Buyer, you will be the first impression homeowners have of The Kind Home Buyer, and your communication, responsiveness, and follow-up will directly impact both the customer experience and the growth of the company.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a major role in helping drive revenue by converting inbound opportunities, building rapport with homeowners, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales role focused on communication, urgency, and follow-up. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in competitive environments, and can build rapport, overcome objections, and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
You will respond to inbound seller leads, make outbound follow-up calls, text and email homeowners, qualify opportunities, and coordinate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure appointments are set quickly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest responding companies in our market, and responsiveness is a major reason we win contracts.
Follow-up is one of the biggest parts of this role. Your job is to maximize every opportunity and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.
Compensation Package
OTE: $75,000
(Base: $48,000 Commission)
