You will help ensure invoices are paid, retainers remain funded, payments are posted correctly, and accounts requiring escalation do not quietly fall through the cracks.
This is not a back-office role for someone who wants to enter numbers and avoid the telephone. You will have respectful but direct conversations about money, follow established procedures, document every step, and coordinate closely with the legal team when a client's account affects continued work on a matter.
