The Teacher's Aide will support infant, toddler and preschool classrooms by assisting teachers in creating a positive and productive learning environment. Working under the direct supervision of the classroom Teacher and Center Director, this role focuses on helping with educating students in small class settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist with classroom activities, play, and instruction
- Support communication between teachers and students
- Help maintain classroom order and manage student behavior
- Provide individual support to students as directed
- Monitor and assist students during transitions and activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in education support roles
