What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Infant Teacher/Assistant Teacher position at The Kids Place Child Care Center?
We are seeking two warm, dedicated, and reliable employees at this time. A full time Infant Teacher and a part time assistant teacher to join our early childhood team! These roles involve providing attentive, gentle care and supervision for infants and toddlers in a safe, nurturing environment alongside co-teachers.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily care routines, including diapering, feeding, and bottle prep
Managing individual infant nap schedules and supporting healthy sleep habits
Guiding age-appropriate sensory play, motor skill development, and floor time activities
Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe classroom space
Communicating daily milestones, feeding schedules, and updates to parents
