Overview
The Kids DiG it is an indoor sandbox for kids 8 and under. We have a lot of walk in play and birthday parties. We are seeking a few dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sandbox Associates to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, loves working with kids and have a passion for helping others. There is a lot of cleaning involved with an indoor sandbox. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ensure all customers fill out a waiver
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Keep up with all cleaning duties a from our Public sandbox to our Private Party rooms.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Greet Customers with a smile and assist them in how long they want to play in our POS System
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in cash handling is beneficial.
- Must have an upbeat personality, love working with kids and be able to perform cleaning duties.
