Marketing Intern
Spring Semester Internship (College Credit Provided)
The Khalsa Law Firm – Flatiron, Manhattan
The Khalsa Law Firm is seeking a reliable and motivated Marketing Intern for the upcoming spring semester. This role is ideal for a student studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field who wants real world experience in hands on marketing operations at a boutique Manhattan law firm.
Note this position is unpaid and student will receive college credit
Responsibilities:
- Assist with printing, assembling, and preparing direct mail marketing materials
- Support the creation and distribution of postcards, letters, and client outreach materials
- Help maintain organized mailing lists and track outgoing campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, postage, and delivery as needed
- Assist in preparing materials for seminars, webinars, and community outreach events
- Help with basic administrative marketing tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory of marketing supplies
- Work closely with the marketing director to support ongoing initiatives and special projects
Qualifications:
- Current college student studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
