in our residential group homes in Pittsfield, MA for children and
adolescents involved with the MA Department of Children & Families
(DCF). **Wage/Salary & Benefits Include:** - Hourly wage: \$24 per
hour - Medical, dental, and optical insurances; life insurance; tuition
assistance; paid vacation and holidays; paid sick and personal time;
mileage reimbursement; retirement program; wellness benefit; pre-tax
childcare, training & supervision, advancement opportunities, and
more. - Bilingual salary differential depending on language.
school diploma or GED/HiSET with two years of human service experience,
required - Must be 21 years of age or older - Valid state driver\'s
license and legally registered and insured car for work use - Due to the
nature of the work and client needs, Residential Caseworkers must have
the ability to work a varied and rotating schedule with their team that
includes days (8am-4pm), evenings (3pm-11pm), and some weekend shifts.
