What You’ll DoSafely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion and dignity.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive community.
40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
Availability to work evenings and every other weekend.
