This is a full-time on-site Porter role located in Clinton, MD. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the community's common areas, assisting with set-up and breakdown of community events, and supporting the overall operations of the facility. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining supplies, managing waste disposal, and ensuring safety standards are met throughout the premises. You will work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and clean environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Proficiency in Gatekeeping and ensuring the security and safety of the community.
• Experience or aptitude in Training and Education to contribute to a continuously improving work environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to work proactively, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to perform various tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.
• Experience in a similar role or within a hospitality or senior living environment is a plus.
