Preferably in recovery, a CASAC, experienced in facilitating 3 hour IOP groups and experience in working in an OASAS licensed program!! Great working environment. Excellent benefits - 4 weeks vacation - 1 week sick - 9 holidays your birthday off.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake interviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health or substance use crises.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance with OASAS regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with our team to coordinate care plans, case management activities, and community-based services for clients.
Qualifications
- Valid CASAC certification with experience in addiction counseling or clinical behavioral health settings.
- STRONG organizational skills.
- Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to handle complex cases involving substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Effective communication skills for engaging patients across individual and group therapy settings while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
