We are seeking an Experienced Litho Printing Bindery Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain bindery equipment, ensuring high-quality output for our printed materials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, trimmers, etc.)
- Ensure product quality meets customer and company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures
- Collaborate with press operators and production staff to meet schedules
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
- 3 years of experience in litho printing bindery operations (or similar finishing role)
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and follow job tickets, work orders, and specifications
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
