What you will do:
- Support risk-based audits across financial, operational and compliance areas
- Review and assess internal controls, including those related to SOX
- Prepare clear and organized audit documentation
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and strengthen controls
- Build relationships across accounting, finance, and operations
- Help track and follow up on audit findings
- Assist with ongoing audit initiatives and special projects
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Some hands on experience in internal audit or public accounting
- Exposure to SOX and internal control frameworks
- CPA or CIA is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with teams
- Familiarity with audit tools and Microsoft Office
