Job Description
The Kearney Companies is looking to hire an EXPERIENCED Concrete Finisher. Applicants must have prior experience working with concrete, particularly sidewalks, driveways, pads, and curbs. Candidates with experience in finishing behind a curb machine will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of concrete finishing experience (sideways, driveways, curbs) (Preferred)
- Skilled in hand forming, pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete
- Experience with curb machine operations is a plus
- Ability to read construction blueprints
- Comfortable working with concrete power tools
- Experience in working in construction jobs
Install the following types of curb:
- Hand Form work will be necessary
- D Curb
- F Curb – Pitch & Catch
- Miami Curb
- Drop Curb
- E Curb
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience. Full benefits are available after 60 days and 401k with a company match for 12 months.
License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
