Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. What you’ll do
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train and mentor team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while meeting guest needs.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the facility.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and janitorial practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
