Position Summary
The Kasper Group is seeking a motivated Production Intern (Part-Time) to support the Production team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in apparel production and the product development process. The primary responsibility of this role will be logging and tracking samples within PLM while assisting the team with various production-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Log and maintain production samples in PLM.
- Track incoming and outgoing samples and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining sample inventory.
- Support the Production team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain production calendars and tracking documents.
- Communicate with cross-functional partners as needed to ensure information is current.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Textiles, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with or interest in learning PLM systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous internship, retail, or fashion industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: $20/hour
