The Supervisor plays a critical role in keeping the party going—supporting staff, assisting management, and ensuring a fun, safe, and unforgettable guest experience all night long.

What You’ll Do
As Supervisor, you’ll be the point person on the floor helping staff, supporting management, and ensuring operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and assisting security, barbacks, and service staff during nightclub operations.
- Supporting crowd control, guest flow, and line management.
- Monitoring compliance with Vermont liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
- Responding quickly and professionally to guest concerns or incidents.
- Communicating clearly with the Manager on Duty to address staffing, operational, or safety issues.
- Ensuring the venue is clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the night.
- Leading by example to foster a positive, high-energy, guest-first environment.
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred, ideally in nightlife, events, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate and direct staff in the moment.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to diffuse tense situations.
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and crowd management.
- Must be 21 and able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
