The Kamson Corporation, a Top-tier National Property Management Company,, is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant for our community in West Palm Beach, Florida
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in apartment leasing and office management
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with I Love Leasing, YARDI, and LRO is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire leasing process, from initial contact through application submission to Corporate
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
- Tour and present apartments to prospective residents
- Conduct walk-throughs of vacant, ready-to-rent units
- Support additional leasing and office management duties as needed
