Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect / Project Manager role located in Greenwich, CT. The individual in this position will lead architectural design efforts, develop project concepts, produce and review drawings, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams; managing project schedules, budgets, and resources; and overseeing construction administration activities such as site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews. Qualifications
- Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, construction documentation, and familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Integration of design, engineering, and construction processes to deliver cohesive, buildable solutions.
- Relevant exposure to Software Development or technical integration tools as they relate to project workflows, BIM, or design and project management platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field; architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
- Prior experience in property development, construction management, or real estate projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Greenwich, CT, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and lead projects from concept through completion.
