What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Real Estate Assistant position at The K2 Group Real Estate?
Join a growing and dynamic team where our goal is to provide the highest level of service to our clients who are entrusting us with multi-million dollar decisions. Our role is to be a partner and advisor to our clients, not just transactors. This position plays a pivotal role in helping our clients get their homes ready for sale, as well as helping facilitate the buying process. The person applying should be excited about project management, as well as client-facing tasks.
- Listing Readiness
- Develop a vision for what the final listing needs to look like in collaboration with owners
- Drive the inspection and remediation process of inspection items with vendors
- Prepare the homes for listing while managing 3rd party vendors like stagers and landscapers, and the listing schedule
- Buyer Showings
- Understand the “home evaluation philosophy” of the K2 Group and take buyers on tours when needed (shared role)
- Manage the inspection process or buyers as needed
- Open House
- Host open houses for listings (shared role)
- Social Media Support
- Gather content on showings and home tours for social media postings (shared role)
- Contract Support
- Help write real estate contracts, addendums as needed.
Skills Needed:
- Flexibility to make site visits for getting homes ready for listing, accompanying buyers for showings, managing inspections and open houses
- Strong communication skills (in person, video calls, written communication).
- Strong project management skills, including working with a large group of vendors
- Comfort with using common technology tools like Outlook, google docs, whatsapp, canva, excel. Openness to learn new technologies for driving business productivity
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work productively with people of various personality types (clients to contractors).
- Strong personal commitment to serve clients and provide a great experience for working with the K2 group
- Baseline understanding of home systems like siding, electrical, plumbing, roofing etc. Strong interest and ability to learn more about these systems on the job.
- Familiarity with state and local real estate contract requirements
- Knows the NWMLS tools (Transaction Desk, Authentisign, Matrix, ShowingTime)
- Active Real Estate License in the State of Washington
This is not a 9-5 job. Some flexibility of work schedules during evenings and weekends is required.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
