JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others to join our team as an Senior Nutrition Wellness (SNW) Program Coordinator. This position requires punctuality, a vibrant personality, and a dedication to delivering groceries to clients with dignity and respect. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day grocery deliveries and assisting with various program-related tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Safely transport and deliver items to clients in a timely manner using a U-Haul size vehicle.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and obtain forklift certification.
- Input client demographics into Salesforce database.
- Recertify clients on an annual basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Monitor vehicle wear and tear, reporting maintenance needs to the Fleet Manager.
- Any other job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
- 2 years experience in office administration (required)
- 1 year of Non- Profit Experience (preferred)
- Willing to obtain forklift certification(required)
- Valid unrestricted Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Clean driving record (required)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Must attend six mandatory 'Pop Up & Give' events per year
- Must possess valid unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handlers Card.

- Ability to stand, walk, reach, push, pull regularly and for extended periods of time.

- Ability to work in fast paced active environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Frequently exposed to various controlled and uncontrolled weather conditions
