Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring goals
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to recruitment best practices
