- Total Compensation: $23–$28/hr
- Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr
- Daily Tips (Cash Card)
- Monthly Bonuses: Up to $400/month (after 3 months)
- $500 Driver Sign-On Bonus! (Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving. If you don't have a DOT card, we will supply you one, but the cost will be deducted from your Sign-On Bonus. Any defensive driving needed or tickets received during this time will be deducted from this bonus.)
- Raise eligibility 6 months after training

- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
- Drive company trucks (no experience needed – we train!)
- Age 23 with a valid, clean driver’s license
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn – we’ll teach the rest!
