Job Title: Truck Captain & Junk Removal Specialist (No CDL Required)

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Training Pay: $20.00/hour during basic training.
• Captain Pay: $22.00/hour immediately after you are cleared to run the truck on your own.
• Fast-Track Growth: Potential to reach $25.00/hour within your first two months based on work ethic and customer service skills.
• Top Earning Potential: Base pay goes up to $30.00/hour once you consistently prove your value to the team.
• Tips & Bonuses: Keep 100% of customer tips (split equally with your helper—and you’ll get tipped very frequently!). Earn extra bonuses for securing 5-star Google reviews, landing big jobs, and more!
• Paid Lunches: Lunch is on us.

What You Will Do as a Truck Captain

• Drive & Lead: Safely operate one of our Isuzu dump trucks (NO CDL REQUIRED) and keep your team in check.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers, give in-person quotes, and confidently explain our services.
• Heavy Hauling: Lift and maneuver heavy objects through tight spaces, maintaining full attention to your surroundings to ensure absolutely no damage is done to the customer’s property.
• Logistics & Route Management: Maximize truck space by keeping the load organized, and execute efficient dump runs to local transfer stations.

Qualities We Look For

• Good Customer Service: This is extremely important to us. We built our company on delivering an amazing customer experience. You must be good with words, an active listener, and capable of sympathizing with customers during sensitive cleanouts.
• Fit for the Job: This is a physical role. You must be highly active and capable of heavy lifting all day.
• Reliable: You show up on time for every scheduled shift and put your best effort in every single day.
• Common Sense: You have great problem-solving skills, work well with your team, and know how to organize a truck bed efficiently.

Work Uniform & Gear

• Footwear: Steel-toe or composite-toe boots are required (we provide a yearly budget for you to buy them!)
• Apparel: We provide company shirts and hoodies. You wear your own jeans, cargo, or work pants.
• Safety Gear: We provide cut-resistant gloves, plus respirators, hazmat suits, and special equipment when needed.
