The Chief Operating Officer at The Junior League of Tampa is the engine behind the
mission, partnering with volunteer leadership to turn strategy into action and ensure the
organization runs seamlessly year after year.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations and organizational execution
- Build systems, processes, and structure that drive consistency
- Develop and lead a high-performing staff team
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and compliance
- Support fundraising execution and donor stewardship
- Partner closely with the President and Board to bring priorities to life
