What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Cook position at the junction?
Lead Line cook needed to work flattop and egg station in busy breakfast lunch spot - must be able to read tickets and execute point for station. Team player for a small team. Must be able to problem solve and follow recipes as well as do light prep. Attention to detail in plating a must! Plus if you can help create and execute specials. MUST HAVE 2 years experience cooking in high volume (ideally brunch or breakfast)
