The Jump Station is hiring an Assistant Manager-in-Training to grow into a leadership role by June.
This position starts as a floor staff role and is designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up before stepping into management.
Responsibilities include:
- Working floor shifts enforcing safety rules and assisting guests
- Providing customer service at check-in, concessions, and parties
- Learning daily operations, policies, and procedures
- Assisting with staff training and shift leadership over time
- Helping with opening/closing duties and problem-solving
As training progresses, responsibilites will expand to include:
- Assisting with staff supervision and shift leadership
- Helping train and onboard new employees
- Handling basic customer concerns and problem-solving
- Supporting scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and daily operations
- Acting as a point of contact when management is not on-site
Ideal candidate:
- Reliable, motivated, and professional
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Comfortable working with kids and families
- Available nights, weekends, and school breaks
- Prior leadership experience is highly encouraged
- College coursework or degree in progress preferred but not required
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and school breaks
- Able to start as a floor team member and learn all operational roles
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Confident communicating with children, teens, and parents
- Able to follow safety rules and enforce policies consistently
- Willing to lead by example and earn team respect
- Physically able to stand for long periods and actively supervise jump areas
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling tools, or willingness to learn)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
