About The Juicery Leadership Program (JLP):
The Juicery Leadership Program is a structured, two-level development path designed to grow leaders from within. You’ll be paired with an experienced Team Leader Career Mentor, participate in monthly mentorship meetings, quarterly goal-setting sessions, and leadership workshops, and apply your learning through hands-on projects.
JLP provides a clear internal career path, real leadership experience, and exposure to how The Juicery operates as a growing business, preparing you for Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, and future leadership roles.
What You’ll Do as a JLP Participant:
- Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Lead self and others using our Elevate Forward feedback principles
- Support daily store operations, organization, and food safety standards
- Learn store metrics and how they connect to team and business performance
- Complete hands-on leadership projects (store improvement, community service, and strategic projects)
- Collaborate with peers, mentors, and cross-functional teams
- Prepare to lead teams independently and mentor future leaders
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Build a positive, supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Restaurant or retail operations experience (supervisory experience a plus!)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, reliable, and ready to take initiative
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel to other locations around NH, ME, and MA
