What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at The Juicery and Relax Station?
We are a proudly Christian owned business that uses the Golden Rule as our guiding principle for operation. This means that the right candidate (whether spiritual or not) will be expected to treat others as they would want to be treated.
The position is a 40 hour a week one. If you are not available Tuesday through Saturday between 8am and 6pm, then this isn't the job you are seeking. We don't expect anyone to work all 50 of those hours, but that is when we schedule the 40 hours that we do need.
We are also an owner operator business that is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for a someone who will come in and learn the operation of our unique business. The Juicery and Relax Station has only been open for a year and a half, so there is unlimited potential to grow with us!
We are looking for a person that can be depended upon.
The store is currently open 5 days a week (closed Sunday and Monday).
We have a unique concept and there are a lot of moving parts and things to learn.
This is a relaxed atmosphere that has offerings that are healthy and fresh yet taste good. There are no ovens, fryers, or grease. We do work hard here, but it is not a hard place to work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders as quickly as possible
- Being at the store when scheduled
- Be willing to clean, clean, and clean a little more
- Manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of products
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations
- Ensure timely food preparation for daily use
- Making of smoothies, bowls, and juices
- Prepare and sanitize spa equipment for customers
Qualifications
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Great time management ability
- Serious fortitude about being the best
- Ability to find and do necessary tasks without being asked
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
