What are the responsibilities and job description for the Juice Bar Manager position at The Juice House?
This is not an entry-level role.
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can run a high-volume juice & food operation, lead a team, and keep standards tight during busy shifts.
This is for someone who takes ownership—not someone who just “shows up.”
What You’ll Do:
- Run daily operations (staffing, flow, customer experience)
- Lead and manage a team (5–10 employees)
- Handle inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Train staff and enforce standards
- Open/close the store independently
You Should Apply ONLY If:
- You have 2 years managing a team (real responsibility, not just title)
- You’ve worked in food/beverage or fast-paced retail
- You’re comfortable working early mornings weekends
- You hold people accountable and don’t avoid tough conversations
- You care about cleanliness, speed, and consistency
