- 4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation applications.
- 2 years of hands-on Agentic Engineering experience, including multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, and AI-driven decision systems.
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (PVA), and Power BI.
- Experience developing and managing automation solutions using UiPath.
- Proven experience across the AI Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC), leveraging tools such as Devin AI, Claude Code, and Claude Design.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agentic AI frameworks for building autonomous AI applications.
- Proficiency with Alteryx for data transformation, analytics, and process automation.
- Experience implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for document extraction, classification, and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio for developing conversational AI agents and copilots.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI platforms and technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Vertex AI, or comparable AI ecosystems.
- Ability to design, integrate, and optimize AI-powered business processes, automation workflows, and enterprise-scale solutions.
