Travel RN – Home Health (Contract)

Location: Morgantown, WV (Monongalia, Marion & Harrison Counties)

Worksite Type: Fully On‑Site

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to support home health operations across Monongalia, Marion, and Harrison Counties. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care in the home setting, completing OASIS assessments, and coordinating ongoing care.

Contract Details

• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours
• Type: Contract (Open)
• Relocation: Not provided
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes — reimbursed between visits (first patient to last patient)
• On‑Call Requirements: At least one weekend per month, plus one Friday and four additional weekdays
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OASIS assessments and follow‑up visits
• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the care plan
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Home Health experience
• Proficiency with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase)
• Strong knowledge and experience with OASIS

• Strong, up‑to‑date clinical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
