- Spring, TX 77389 (Weekly rotation between 1–3 sites; *no same‑day travel)

In this role, you’ll provide high‑quality nursing care, support patient safety and comfort, and collaborate closely with providers in a fast‑paced ambulatory surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery clinic setting.
- Apply clinical knowledge and sound judgment to support patient safety, comfort, and education.
- Assist with patient assessments, wound care, dressing changes, and post‑operative support.
- Prepare exam rooms, surgical supplies, and equipment for daily clinic operations.
- Coordinate patient flow and prioritize care for multiple patients throughout the day.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Support physicians and clinical staff with procedures and follow‑up care.
- Maintain compliance with legal, organizational, and professional nursing standards.
- Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- 4 years of experience in an ambulatory surgical clinical setting (Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Wound Care, or General Surgery).
- Minimum 6 months of hands‑on clinical experience.
- Proficiency with clinical equipment and supplies relevant to the patient population.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic medical records.
- Previous experience specifically in:
- Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
- Wound Care
- General Surgery
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and patient‑interaction skills.
- Dress Code: Professional scrubs; no specific color required.
- Travel: Weekly rotation between assigned clinic locations; no in‑shift travel.
- Work Environment: Clinic-based; no home visits.
