Title: SharePoint Support Specialist
Location: Onsite in Westminster, CO
What You’ll Do
• Assist the Collaboration Systems team and our customers to detail requirements to solutions in Microsoft
365, SharePoint and Nintex
• Lend your expertise to design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements.
• Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive business value.
• Manage day-to-day SharePoint support and training.
• Maintaining current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for
Microsoft 365 solutions
• Assist with support of migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365
• Support Nintex migrations
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units,
Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a
positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
Off-Site Work Environment:
This position may be performed working primarily remotely. Travel/commute to various
company and/or customer locations at time when not "home based" may be required.
Working Conditions
• Work is performed in an office, laboratory, production floor, or cleanroom, outdoors or remote research
environment.
• May occasionally work in production work centers where use of protective equipment and gear is required.
• May access other facilities in various weather conditions.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
• Related Bachelor’s and 2 or more years of related experience; or HS Diploma and 6 or more years of related
experience.
• Each higher-level degree, i.e., Associate’s, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for
additional years of experience.
Salary : $40 - $44
