Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

We’re looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to help design, build, and enhance customer service solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong Apex and Lightning experience who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable, well‑architected solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers to support Service Cloud functionality
• Build and enhance user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and workflows
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and other integration methods
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines
• Collaborate with admins, developers, and business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in deployment and release activities using modern DevOps tools

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience writing Apex classes and triggers
• Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience building Flows and process automation in Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Experience working with SFDX and source‑driven development
• Familiarity with GitLab or other version control systems
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications

Nice to Have

• Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools
• Service Cloud configuration experience (cases, Omni‑Channel, console apps)
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
