Our client is seeking a Security Operations Product Leader to lead the strategy and roadmap for Security Services, bridging product vision with business needs.
This is a direct-hire opportunity that is hybrid to their Dallas, TX location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute security product strategy and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across security and technology teams
- Translate security challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions
- Track performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Champion stakeholder alignment, adoption, and engagement
- Identify emerging threats and market trends to inform innovation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience managing $1M security budgets, vendors, and resource allocation
- Strong background in analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
- Experience leading large-scale security initiatives with measurable outcomes
Salary: 126k plus 8-15% year-end incentive bonus
