Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level SAP S/4HANA Transformation & Migration Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Brownfield and Bluefield S/4HANA programs. This role will be responsible for defining migration strategy, solution architecture, and execution frameworks for complex SAP landscapes, including system conversions, selective carve‑outs, and business transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred
  
  

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Brownfield and Bluefield migrations, including:
• ECC to S/4HANA system conversions
• Selective data transformation and carve‑out scenarios
• Landscape simplification and code remediation strategies
• Strong expertise in defining conversion strategy, solution architecture, and roadmaps for large-scale enterprise S/4HANA transformations
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, simplification items, and integration patterns
  

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Transformation Leadership

• Act as SAP S/4HANA Brownfield / Bluefield Transformation Solution Architect across multiple engagements
• Define end‑to‑end migration approaches, including system conversion, selective transformation, and hybrid deployment models
• Assess existing SAP ECC landscapes and recommend optimal transformation paths
• Design target S/4HANA architectures aligned with business, technical, and regulatory requirements
  
  

Presales & Client Engagement

• Support SAP S/4HANA presales activities, including solution positioning, architecture design, and estimation
• Lead customer workshops to define transformation scope, risks, and execution strategy
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and executive presentations
  
  

Delivery & Governance

• Guide implementation teams through migration execution, ensuring architectural integrity
• Partner with project managers to align solution design with delivery timelines and budgets
• Identify migration risks and define mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks
  
  

Managerial / Consulting Experience

• 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Solution Architecture
• 5 years of SAP consulting experience across presales, architecture, and delivery
• Strong understanding of SAP project management methodologies and lifecycle execution
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across business, technical, and delivery stakeholders
