🔎 Hiring: Salesforce Technical Lead
📍 Boston, MA | On‑site 4–5 days/week

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. This role will work closely with customers and senior stakeholders, so strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end‑to‑end design and development of Salesforce solutions aligned to business needs
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, including code reviews and mentoring
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce tools
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript
- Oversee system performance, security, deployments, and CI/CD processes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver executive‑level updates
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- 6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience
- 2 years in a technical lead or team lead role
- Strong experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (required)
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and tools such as MuleSoft
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application or System Architect)
- Experience with Business Solutioning and Data Modeling
- Background supporting public sector clients
Interview Process
- 3 rounds total
- Round 1: Virtual
- Rounds 2 & 3: Virtual or In‑Person (ideally same day, pending availability)
