Sales Manager - Food Services

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with experience in Food Manufacturing to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned foodservice territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships
- Conduct regular in‑person and virtual sales calls with foodservice operators, including cold calls and follow‑up meetings
- Build strong relationships with purchasing and decision‑making contacts; serve as the primary customer liaison
- Present products, provide samples and documentation, and respond to customer requests and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and service by coordinating with internal teams
- Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, territory planning, and strategic initiatives
- Represent the organization at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience
- Proven experience in foodservice sales or a related industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region, with occasional travel outside the territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, email platforms)
- Bilingual skills and experience with Mexican or Hispanic food products are a plus
- High‑visibility, autonomous sales role
