Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated RN with strong inpatient and outpatient surgical experience to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-op & Post-op Care: Assess patients, prepare them for procedures, and manage recovery.
• Patient Education: Provide clear explanations of conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.
• Care Coordination: Schedule surgeries, diagnostic tests, and referrals to specialists.
• Triage & Support: Handle patient calls, monitor symptoms, and offer guidance.
• Wound & Pain Management: Monitor healing progress, manage medication refills, and support pain control.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and adhere to clinical protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Required Certification: Active RN License
• Experience: Proven background in inpatient/outpatient surgical care
• Preferred Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
